How does PayPal checkout process work?
Twitchy Pixie uses PayPal as a payment gateway, which means when you’re ready to pay for your order you’ll be brought to a page on the PayPal website where you can choose your method of payment, submit your payment information, and complete your order. Once complete, you’ll be brought back to the Twitchy Pixie website to view your order confirmation (which we’ll also email to you).Back to Top
How do I cancel an order?
Suffering from some immediate buyer’s remorse? Yeah, we get that. If you’d like to cancel an order for this or any other reason, head on over to our Contact page and fill out our contact form. In the ‘What’s on your mind’ dropdown menu, simply select ‘I’d like to cancel my order’ and let us know. If we receive the cancellation request before the order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund by cheque to the shipping address on the original order.
If we receive your cancellation request after your order ships, you’ll have to follow the instructions on this FAQ page to return the item/order.Back to Top
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Bathing suits and sale items are not eligible for return.
You are eligible for a refund on any item we deem is being returned in the same condition in which it was shipped (‘new with tags’ items must still have tags attached and be unused/unworn) within 14 days from the date the order arrived at the shipping address.
Shipping costs for anything being sent back to us are non-refundable. Our policy typically is that our customers will pay to ship an item/order back to us, but we’ll refund the original cost of shipping the item/order you. If you are shipping an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive the item(s), we will send a full refund by cheque to the shipping address on the original order, including the original shipping charges. Then you can place an order for the item(s) you would actually like through the regular ordering process.Back to Top
How do I return an item/order?
Suffering from some not so immediate buyer’s remorse? Yeah, we get that too. If you’d like to return an item/order for this or any other reason:
- Head on over to our Contact page and fill out our contact form. In the ‘What’s on your mind’ dropdown menu, simply select ‘I’d like to return an item/order’ and let us know that you will be returning an item.
- Ship the item with your receipt to:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a cheque for the amount of the item(s) and the original shipping cost will be sent to the shipping address of the original order.
